When to use this app

Use Pocket Uplift for short daily check-ins, small wellbeing actions, and gentle routines that fit student life. It is designed to support reflection, not to assess mental health risk.

If you are worried about immediate safety, severe distress, or a crisis situation, do not rely on this app alone. Use the services below.

University wellbeing services

If you are a Roehampton student and need more support, Student Wellbeing Officers are a good first point of contact. They can discuss wellbeing concerns, answer questions about support options, and signpost or refer students to internal and external mental wellbeing services depending on your needs.

Students can also access 15-minute Wellbeing Quick Query appointments, counselling support, Mental Health Advisers, wellbeing rooms, and specialist services where appropriate.

For questions about counselling or mental health advising, contact the Wellbeing Team at wellbeing@roehampton.ac.uk or call 0208 392 3653 during working hours.

If you need urgent help on campus, call Campus Safety: 0208 392 3333.

NHS 111

For urgent medical advice that is not a life-threatening emergency, use NHS 111 online or call 111 in the UK.
